We are currently looking for a talented and energetic “Civil Site Engineer” with solid technical understanding of BOQs , layouts, drawings etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, quotations, estimates, ensuring project compliance, managing site activities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver successful projects within budget and on schedule.
This role's job responsibilities include;
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, quotations, and project plans,site reports, and related technical documents along with preparing an delivering presentations/demonstrations to clients for achieving targets and goals.
- Manage the projects from start to finish & ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.
- Arrange , manage resources needed to complete project, manage costs in order to meet budget.
- Monitor the performance of teams working on sites and provide directions to ensure maintenance of quality.
- Maintain constant liaison with the Clients/Contractors and their representatives (Architects, Engineers etc.), including attending regular meetings, pre bid meeting, site surveys and providing reports to ensure the pace of work progress.
- Ensure that the construction activities are carried out according to the plans, designs and drawings and ensure accuracy of the qualities, all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Oversee quality control, health and safety matters of workers on the construction site.
- Design and evaluate technical options for achieving business objectives.
- Review design consultants’ drawings and integrate them into the project.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a PEC accredited institute.
- Valid PEC License
- Willing to relocate anywhere in Pakistan.
Skills Require:
- In depth understanding of Layouts, Drawings, Bill of Quantity, and all related technical structures and parameters.
- Must be able to prepare BOQs, Quotations, Cost estimates, as per clients requirements.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Must be able to work full-time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
